MEET KATHY

Picture
Kathy Shean-Jones is a true teacher at heart. Even as a kid, Kathy knew she wanted to be a teacher. But after 10 years of elementary teaching, she decided she needed a change. Once she met Anat Baniel, and began her training in the Anat Baniel Method of NeuroMovement®, she knew this was more than just a career change, it was a life change. Now, as an Anat Baniel Method (ABM) practitioner, she is giving lessons in a whole new and inspiring way. Kathy graduated from Anat Baniel’s basic training in 2007 and then went on to complete her masteries in Anat Baniel Method for Children and Anti-aging and Vitality.

When Kathy is not working to help people transform their lives with ABM, she and her husband, Mike, try desperately to keep up with their 3 amazing and inspiring daughters. She juggles her work life with volunteering in her daughters' classrooms, coaching and playing soccer, as well as getting her hands dirty in the garden.

Kathy also travels regularly to Eugene and Newport, OR to see clients.

MoveAbilities is located in South East Portland and operates as part of  Portland Wellness Professionals.

Kathy also has joined two other colleagues to form
ABM Northwest - a dynamic NeuroMovement(R) team in the Portland area.
