This is brain plasticity at it's core. Riding a bike the "normal" way is so deeply grooved, it took Destin Sandlin 8 months to "un-learn" this so-called easy endeavor. Then, he tried it with his 6 year old son.... (I won't spoil anything). What's even more fascinating is how what happened when re tried to re-learn riding the "old way."
